The Community Foundation of Greater Buffalo / Buffalo Futures used Experience Registry to inventory, catalog, and maintain over 100 experience-building programs across its community available for opportunity youth and relate these to localized career pathways and career path entry points. These opportunities included GED completion programs, bootcamps, short-term certificate programs, WIOA approved training programs, resume building workshops, and more. The localized inventory is contextualized within target career pathways the community is marketing to opportunity youth as “pathways” to life-sustaining careers in Buffalo.
