Vantage Point built and staffed an outsourced retention and mentoring program for CTC. We helped the College define requirements for a retention-risk prediction and intervention system.
Vantage Point consultants coordinated with faculty and administrators to develop the intervention processes. Pilot programs were established and control and variable group data analyzed in order to test outcomes and feed continuous-quality-improvement input back into this predictive system.
