Vantage Point provided project leadership and consulting services to establish the structure and processes Alliant needed to achieve its enrollment management and marketing goals.
We brought together a cross-functional team from four schools spread across six campuses and worked quickly under an aggressive project timeline. The team—consisting of the president, provost, vice presidents, and deans—faced competing recruitment priorities, but Vantage Point was able to build institutional awareness of the need for change, establish clear performance and accountability metrics, and achieve strong buy-in for the recommended strategy and new organizational model.
