Vantage Point has worked as a small business partner to IBM Business Consulting Services since 2007, providing outsourced technical developers, customer services support staff, and configuration management staff to a multi-year contract with the US Army.
United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA):
Vantage Point is the prime contractor on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software implementation contract providing project management and integration management support. Vantage Point partnered with CRM vendor Hobsons to provide a hosted CRM solution for USCGA to support its candidate application process and student communications.
SATMATRIX:
Vantage Point provided outsourced project management support to SATMETRIX to support four managed-customer loyalty (Net Promoter) software implementations. Vantage Point staff became certified in the Net-Promoter customer loyalty methodology as part of this partnership.
