“Delivering results means starting with the end in mind. Work backward from the desired outcomes, which must be clearly defined at the outset and used to guide all your planning, team building, strategy development, project tasks, risk mitigation, communications, and metrics.”

My Interests
Spiritually, my passion lies in ministry, sharing God’s love in big and small ways every day. Athletically, I play hockey poorly (though passionately), swing a tennis racquet adequately, and know how to bend an oar rather well. I have rowed and coached crew at the club and collegiate levels and, once upon a time, was invited to a National Team Development Camp. Alas, I did not reach the Olympics.
“I partnered with Vantage Point because co-founder Jeff Carpenter is one of the two best consultants with whom I have ever had the privilege to work; our combined backgrounds in higher education, military, and strategy consulting create an enormous opportunity to provide value for our clients.”
