Experience
I have more than 20 years experience in working on websites and writing customer-focused communications. During this time I’ve have a large degree of success in analyzing sites for best practices as well as making needed changes to increase end-user satisfaction and conversion. I have written five books and hundreds of magazine articles on a variety of topics, including medicine, aerospace, and education.

My Interests
I have a life-long interest in history, genealogy and writing. I am an instructor at Family Tree University and Writer’s Digest University. I also enjoy getting down to the beach in San Diego and flying my delta-wing stunt kite. My vacation time is almost always spent in the “frontier West”, where I indulge my passion for post-Civil War American history.
