Experience
During my 21 year career as a United States Coast Guard Officer, I spent many years focusing on adult learning, performance support and training design. Upon retiring from the CG, I worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Center for Performance Development and then with IBM as a Project Manager, Training Lead, and innovation and collaboration expert. I’ve also worked with B2B and B2C clients to develop customer satisfaction programs that drive positive growth and customer loyalty. I have worked internationally as well as across the United States with a broad range of clients in the military, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, health care, retail and insurance industries.

My Interests
I am an avid sailor and fisherman. Nothing beats being out on the water, sharing the breeze and sunshine with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading, kayaking with friends, cooking and entertaining.
