“I’d rather have a smaller number of completely satisfied clients who call on us again to help them solve their future challenges than dozens of new clients. That is why our most effective marketing is our results-oriented project leadership and service delivery”
Experience
I’ve built my professional reputation around two core strengths: Project Leadership and Innovation. For over 11 years I’ve helped organizations step back and reexamine their approaches to solving problems, whether it is increasing growth, retaining a student or customer or improving critical processes by identifying the root causes of issues and by injecting creativity and innovation into the problem solving process.
I’ve found that this strength overcomes the “we’ve tried that before” objection organizations often face when working to resolve a problem and builds buy-in and motivation across stakeholders. Innovation combined with a decade of leading complex project implementations for clients has allowed me to not only recommend solutions but see them through to adoption.

My Interests
My biggest passion is hanging out with my four-year old daughter. She invents the best games! In addition, I am an avid long distance runner and an occasional cross-country skier and river kayaker. I’m currently training for the Kentucky Derby Challenge, a marathon which takes place in April in Louisville, Kentucky.
“Vantage Point was born out of our belief that increasing customer loyalty and retention (whether customer is defined as a student at a colleges and universities or buyers of goods and services from Corporations) needs to be central to any growth strategy in today’s socially networked world. We also recognized that organizations that do not have mature project management expertise and methodologies can struggle implementing people, process, technology changes required to become a customer/student-centric organization.”
