“At Vantage Point, we believe a good idea is only meaningful if it results in improved results (increased student persistence, reductions in re-work and error rates, better deployment of resources on activities that add value to a customer). That is why we go beyond just making recommendations and get down in the trenches with our clients to help lead implementation of recommendations.”
Experience
I worked for over 8 years with the US Navy prior to co-founding Vantage Point Consulting, helping to ready Seamen for their deployments in support of the Post 9/11 Global War on Terror (GWOT) .
Vantage Point’s initial client engagements were focused on helping to improve Servicemember access to higher education and to increase Servicemember degree completion rates through customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and outsourced staffing solutions. Today we’ve expanded beyond this initial scope within higher education, government, and corporate industries, but our commitment to customer service and retention remains an important part of our DNA.

My Interests
I trained to be a professional chef but found I enjoyed cooking as a hobby more than as a career. After three years of working for large Washington, DC restaurants in catering and fine dining, I hung up the apron to have my daughter. Now, my daughter and I spend many memorable hours in our own kitchen creating gourmet meals for our family and friends.
“I co-founded Vantage Point because I wanted to continue to support Servicemembers after I completed my career with the Navy. We have a strong culture of customer service to our clients that was born out of my strong sense of duty and service to country.”
